Reading habit helps to analyze the social and family facts. An avid reader gathers knowledge every day. Whatever the situation you face, you know what to do. You may easily differentiate between solitude and loneliness and same time you enjoy the color of life. Harvard Health Publication says Challenging your brain with mental exercise is believed to activate processes that help maintain individual brain cells and stimulate communication among them. Building and preserving brain connections is an ongoing process, so make lifelong learning or reading should be a priority.
